Princess Altona
"Reach Out"
Community Service Award
Serving, giving, and sharing, one's personal time and energy are the
foundation that a strong community, state, and country is built upon.
The "Reach Out" Community Service Award is an educational
scholarship awarded to one contestant of the Princess Altona
Program each year. The recipient is awarded a $50 U.S. Saving Bond.
To qualify for the award, each contestant has the opportunity to
write a 300 word essay detailing her community experiences and
how it has shaped her into the young lady she is today.
