| Serving, giving, and sharing of one's personal time and energy is the foundation that a strong community, state, and country is built upon. The "Cheryl Glawe Community Service Award" is a $500 educational scholarship that is awarded to one contestant of the Miss Vergas Scholarship Program each year. This is a special scholarship award that is based on a 500 word essay that each contestant has the opportunity to submit. Each essay is judged by three out of town judges. The essay is to encompass the contestants community service. |
